Subscription policy

Our monthly subscription box is like a blind box. As a plant and pot lover, we will present you the most cute pots you ever seen on the market! Each deliverable for subscription includes our choice of a combination of plant(s) and limited-edition pot(s) created in collaboration with talented ceramic artists. All our previous monthly boxes can be found in our website.

Note: Every pot is handmade, kiln-fired, and quality assured. Small handmade traces, such as slight lines or subtle marks, may appear, but each pot is handpicked to ensure durability and beauty within the acceptable range.

No return or refunds for the handcraft pots received from a subscription plan.

All subscription are processed and shipped by the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after 15th of the month, you will get your first delivery in next month. Cancellation made after 15th will take effect in next month.
