Shipping and Return Policy
We ship everywhere within Canada. We cannot ship internationally due to agricultural regulations. We also offer local pickup in certain locations at certain time periods.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, depending on items availability. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at contact@dayukpot.ca to upgrade your shipping (additional shipping cost may apply).
During busy periods, additional processing time may be required due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible!
Local Pickup
We also offer local pickup in certain locations at certain time periods:
- Mississauga - Heartland Town Centre - Mon - Fri
- Oakville - Trafalgar Memorial Hospital - Mon - Sun
- Toronto - Union Station - Thu

Shipping in Extreme Weather
Extreme heat or cold can cause plants to rot and die. We hand-pack each order with great care to ensure safe arrival at your doorstep with consideration of extreme weather. It is customer’s responsibility to retrieve your packages immediately upon delivery and don't leave them in direct sunlight or freezing weather for more than an hour. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather. Please order at your own risk!
Returns
We only ship disease-free plants of good quality. However, we cannot control what happens during transit. We gladly offer refunds or replacements for damaged plants within 7 days of delivery:
- No root or root rot
- Pet infestation or disease
- Numerous missing or broken leaves
We are NOT covering refunds or replacements for below cases:
- Dried or wilted bottom leaves
- A couple of broken or missing leaves
- Minor color/shape difference
- Succulents presentation may look bad due to transit, however succulents are resilient plants which recover quickly with proper care, please follow the care instructions included in your package.
If you believe the plant is truly damaged and would like to have a refund or replacement, please email us at contact@dayukpot.ca with your order number and photos showing damage to both packaging and/or plants. We'll try our best to accommodate you.
For pots and tools, we offer full refunds for any reason if returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any damage during transit.
No return or refunds for special handcraft pots received from a subscription plan.
No return or refunds for top dressing and soils.
